Factors Related Between Job Stress and the Satisfaction of Clinical Dental Hygienists

Abstract

|
In this paper, from March to June 2018, we researched and analyzed the factors related between job stress and the satisfaction of clinical dental hygienists. We surveyed some 100 hygienists in dental clinics. basing the following conclusions on some 90 sets of data. First, using factor analysis (t, F analysis) by following general characteristics, work experience was statistically significant (P<.05) when related with psychology-social state, work environment, job satisfaction, and physical response. Second, using correlation analysis by following general characteristics, psychology-social state was statistically significant(P<.05) when related with with self-esteem, life satisfaction, work environment, emotion, and physical response. Third, using regression analysis, on the job satisfaction was also statistically significant(P<.05) when related with work environment, life satisfaction, self-esteem, emotion as sequences. There was 53.2% explanation power.
